Adnan Akhter is PDO’s Finance Manager. He has more than 13 years of experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and compliance.

He has extensive experience on donor-funded projects, where he has strengthened financial controls, managed audits and kept financial operations accountable and transparent.
